This property features shared outdoor area with a pool (normally open from May 1 to October 31, with schedule changes possible according to local restrictions), a garden, and a covered terrace. The property is set within 5 walking minutes of Puerto de la Duquesa with several bars and restaurants, and 6 to 7 walking minutes of Puerto beach and Sabinillas promenade. A maximum of 1 pet can be allowed. Owners who would like to bring additional pets are expected to notify the host in advance. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The vacation home "Finca Eva 34 Montañas y Mar" is located in Casares and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay with a mountain view. The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 5 people. Available amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a smart TV with streaming services. A baby cot and a high chair are also provided. Your private outdoor area includes a covered terrace, a balcony and a barbecue. The terrace is furnished for dining and relaxing outdoors. Guests of the property can access the Casares Pueblo public swimming pool (open from 10 AM to 2:30 PM and from 3:30 PM to 8 PM from June 20 until the end of October and is subject to additional fees).
